Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Our typical delivery times are 2-5 days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. While we strive to deliver promptly, occasional delays may occur due to external factors. Please note, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and reserve the right for delays. If you experience any delays or have concerns, feel free to reach out to us at help@reysmarket.com.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return a single item or your entire order within 7 days from the date you received it. If the return is sent after 7 days, a fee of SEK 250 will be applied.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@reysmarket.com, providing your order number and which item(s) you wish to return. We'll send you a return shipping label, which you can print and attach to your package. Drop it off at any PostNord agent of your choice.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • They must be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once your return is received, it may take up to 7 working days to process. We aim to complete returns faster, and you will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Refunds typically take up to 14 days, but no longer than 30 days, depending on the payment method used. Promo codes are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:
A return fee of SEK 79 will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed. The return package must be sent with the provided return slip, and each return should be packaged separately with its own slip.

Please note that it may take a few extra banking days for the refund to appear in your account after the transfer.
